About our "Spa-tacular" Spa Parties: We want your child to have a spa-tacular time! Spa time is typically 1-1.5 hours, Your child and guests will get the ultimate pampering! Parties should start on time, so please advise your guests to be timely to ensure they get the full spa treatment.
- Special needs children are welcome, however, please advise if there are any necessary special accommodations needed so we can assist as needed.
-Adults can join the PRIVATE spa parties, but our spa assistants only do spa treatments for children, and are only there for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours during the party to do so. The time frame depends on the amount of girls.
NOTE: ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL, AS EACH EVENT IS PLANNED & SCHEDULED BASED ON PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS.

-All spa parties are for fun and entertainment only. We do not use clippers on nails or do cuticle removals.
-Secondly, each party is unique and decorated differently.
-Pictures on our website are visuals only, and only published to give you an idea of past parties. No two parties are the same.
-Finally, we take photos of each party to use for advertising/visualization only, which are the sole property of Event Upon A Time LLC and a copyright for our usage. We reserve the right to use our photos for this purpose. For non-mobile parties only, by purchasing an event E-Ticket, you are agreeing that we can use any and all photos we take for such purposes as expressly mentioned above.
-Party Cancellations: Due to very unforeseen circumstances, our events may be "CANCELED". If this is the case, you will be notified by email at least one day prior. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we correct this by giving you 4 months to visit us again using the same ticket.
* Allergies: We use child friendly products. It is the parents’ responsibility to notify Event Upon A Time LLC if their child(ren) has any known allergies, or sensitive skin. We are not liable for any allergic reactions to nail polish, or any other facial or beauty products, etc.
* Supervision: Party hosts are provided to entertain, pamper and focus on making the time as fun as possible for all children. Hosts will not be able to supervise children who are inappropriately acting. Children’s behavior and safety is the sole responsibility of the parent(s). Please advise your child not to run or rough house at the venue or mobile location during the spa party.
* Property: Please be aware that this party requires the use of nail polish, facial and nail chemicals, cups/bowls of water, glitter, glue, etc. These are things that could possibly be spilled. We take great effort to prevent messes by covering the children’s clothes with robes or aprons, covering tables with table clothes, and providing plenty of paper towels to clean up spills. However, these parties are designed for children. We know that sometimes messes will be made when children are involved. Therefore, we highly suggest that you dress your child in clothes that can get messy or damaged and provide a safe area with adequate space for activities. Please keep in mind that Event Upon A Time LLC and/or the party host(s) are not responsible for damaged clothing.
